So today I have put a big focus on the nutrition side of things trying new things nutrition is a HUGH deal to any athlete what we put in our bodies has the potential to make us or break us one thing I have learned about my body on this journey is it has no problem telling me what works and what doesn’t so I have learned that it doesn’t love gluten in fact it tends to react quite badly to it especially if I have enough so these fritters are just zucchini, shallots, and corn 🌽 held together with eggs almond meal and a tiny pinch of pink Himalayan rock salt πŸ˜πŸ˜‹ there amazing.IMG_2505.JPG
